Kateryna Shamshuryna-Acland is the founder of KeKo Club pottery studio, a creative space centred on wellbeing, self-expression and community through clay. After 26 years working across diverse roles and careers, she followed her passion to build her own business. Her love for pottery is deeply personal, having experienced how working with clay supported her recovery from clinical depression. In just six months, Kateryna has inspired beginners and artists to discover pottery as a mindful, confidence-building creative practice.

Scott Rickson – The Mighty One Hundred
Internationally experienced personal trainer and entrepreneur, Scott Rickson, is the founder and owner of The Mighty One Hundred. He is dedicated to helping people become stronger, healthier versions of themselves through practical, results-driven training. After surviving a cardiac arrest at 26 and being diagnosed with ARVC and a ban on exercise, Scott brings a unique perspective on health, resilience, and longevity. His coaching philosophy centres on sustainable progress, inclusive training at every age, and an empowering “anyone can do it” mindset.

Tim Davies – Camphill MK
With over 35 years’ experience in health & social care. Tim’s initial career plans in technology were quickly switched to care after volunteering with a young lady with Cerebral palsy helped him recognise the human impact of this work – and his career path was set. Initially working in hospitals and daycare Tim progressed to leadership roles in local authority then national charities, for the last 13 years as CEO at Camphill Milton Keynes.
