Michael is an avid promoter of the industry through his various volunteering roles where he undertakes talks, creates events, re-writes standards, takes part in the judging of awards, helps with research proposals, feeds back to academia, and mentors others. He dedicates his free time to making the industry better, more accessible and a more professional space for the next generation.
He is a Chartered Builder, a Chartered Building Engineer, a Chartered Environmentalist and a Chartered Manager, promoting the benefits of Institutional and Association membership to others.
