I’m Damian, a Liverpool-based construction professional who takes real pride in delivering high-quality work and supporting the people around me to do the same. I care deeply about the impact we have beyond the build, through local employment, community support, and opportunities for the next generation, always looking for a better way to make that impact count. I’m FCIOB qualified, but it’s that sense of purpose, not the letters, that keeps me pushing every project further.

Jack Bennion is a Designer at Redrow North West and Chair of CIOB Merseyside & Cheshire Hub, one of the youngest Chairs in the organisation’s history. He has contributed to major residential developments across the North West and passionate about developing future talent. Actively promotes CIOB Tomorrow’s Leaders Jack, helped create the Master Your Networking Game series collaboratively with G4C. A Rising Star finalist and dedicated Beaver Scout Leader, he proudly serves industry and community.
