Who Is Your Construction Champion?
Every construction project has them.
The people who turn up, get stuck in and get the job done. The ones who solve problems, support their team and take real pride in their work.
They might not always be in the spotlight, but they’re often the reason a project gets over the line.
That’s who we want to recognise through the Construction Champion at the National Building and Construction Awards 2026.
Whether it’s a builder, site manager, tradesperson, supervisor or another construction professional, we want to hear about the people who consistently go the extra mile and make a real difference to those around them.
Kathryn Whitehead, Events Manager, said: “There are so many people across the construction industry who quietly go above and beyond every day. They’re the ones who keep a project moving when things don’t go to plan, support the people around them and take real pride in what they do.
“The Construction Champion is about giving those people the recognition they deserve.”
