As a children’s Charity, Sports Connections Foundation are totally committed to raising aspirations & creating role models for the next generation & providing exciting exit routes & transforming communities.

Our vision is to inspire young people to pursue their dreams and develop inherent potential.

SCF supports children in their formative years with a particular focus on transition, inclusion and young people who are facing the challenge or poor mental health, social isolation and economic deprivation. Our framework ensures we cross both the education and community environments. Aspects of what we deliver include: mentoring sessions, positive play & therapeutic Intervention, Theme Positive Activity and School Holiday Programmes.
