Representing Leonardo Hotel & Conference Venue Hinckley Island on the judging panel will be Tia Goadby, Director of Sales. Tia brings a wealth of experience, leadership and industry knowledge to the Awards.
Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in securing the hotel’s Gold M&IT Award for Best UK Conference Centre and has established herself as a respected figure within the events and hospitality sector. Tia is also the co-founder of East Midlands Elite, an initiative that has raised more than £30,000 for regional charities, demonstrating her commitment to supporting both the business community and charitable causes.
Her contributions to the industry have been recognised through several prestigious accolades, including the Special Recognition Award at the Famtastic Awards and an Individual Award at the miaList Awards.
