A short stroll through the grounds, Sequoia spa is a serene oasis. One YMCA provide a wide range of community critical services across Herts, Beds and Bucks; supporting 150,000 of the most vulnerable in society each year to belong, contribute and thrive.

Last year, our services made a saving of £11.7m to the public purse including supporting over a thousand vulnerable individuals to escape rough sleeping or avoid homelessness, the majority of these in Hertfordshire.
